and "can't be helped BUT there's a lot of it about" is not grammatically
correct,

it would only make sense to reverse one:

"It CAN be helped, but there's a lot of it about"
"It can't be helped, AND SO there's a lot of it about


In other words, you are a blind sheep, a consumer, and "things are not
what they seem"

or

"you know you're nobody, fool",


...also what they say, not what the corporations wrote that they said..
or what they told them to write, to be slick, and make a total ass of
people like you, which you're seriously helping them do right now.
