If you've ever listened to the Flick of the Switch album, you would be
aware of a song titled Badlands... and as for Jgbintbass, Jgb are my
initials, Int is part initials of where I work, and Bass being an old
nickname of mine from high school which I got from an old fishing hat I
used to wear.
Remember that this is an international newsgroup with not just people
from the U.S. but also Australia, U.K. and rest of Europe, and more
including one fellow from the Phillipines who used to post. Not
everyone has heard of Machine Head... but especially for this
newsgroup, everyone's definitely heard of not only AC/DC but also can
provide a good history of the group to anyone that would ask.
One fellow that posts often is Goulash and I remember from the late
'80's on the local bulletin board systems (BBSs) an individual who
moved along with his parents from the U.K. who went by the alias of
English Muffin... so that had me wondering if many people from the U.K.
perhaps choose their aliases from food items... but actually, there's
not hardly anyone else I've seen in this newsgroup who chooses to do
so.
