Anyone else hear the two AC/DC songs during the SuperBowl?
'Highway to Hell' during the trailer for Wildhogs and 'Hells Bells'
before the start of the 2nd half. There might have be a song or two more but I've pretty much given up on the Bears winning. I can't really say anything bad about the Colts since the one guy who was an even worse owner than Dan Snyder, Bobby Irsay, has been dead for close to ten years. I kind of wished for a better performance by Prince during the halftime show (Erbacide, have you seen him at the Rio yet?) and good choice for him to sing "Purple Rain" while it was raining. Total waste of time: the Cirque du Soleil pre-game performance. If anything, this performance will hurt all the Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas; there's so many, I can't even count them! Let's see, Cirque du Soleil, Ra at Luxor, show at Treasure Island, the Beatles show which was co-produced with the Cirque, Zumanity, and at least several more. I booed when Gloria Estefan started the pre-game performance. Was she gonna give us more of that "oh la la la la la la la" crap??? There's Gonna Be Some Rockin'... |

Being all sold-out and everything, what's stopping them from doing the next
Superbowl? FTATR would be awesome, and would easily blow the bowl. If Aerowhore and the Stones have done it, it's time for a REAL rock'n'roll band to show what for! Not that the Stones and some Aerowhore aren't real rock, but hell, 'DC blows 'em both outta 'da water. TV |
