What? Don't They Merit a By-Name Mention? -

Rock guitarist Peter Frampton, whose 1976 album "Frampton Comes
Alive!" was one of the biggest-selling releases of all time, won the
first Grammy of his career on Sunday for an album of instrumentals
featuring an all-star cast of musicians.
Frampton, 56, took home the pop instrumental album Grammy for
"Fingerprints," on which he played Rolling Stones drummer Charlie
Watts, guitarist Hank Marvin, and two members of Seattle rock band
Pearl Jam.

Well, Stone and Mike were named two of the top 20 new guitar gods in the
latest Rolling Stone.
If that makes up for anything at all... Who knows...
Also, I saw Pursuit of Happyness yesterday and they had a preview for Reign
Over Me. They played PJ for the last 30 seconds or so...
A little trivia - Brad Pitt was originally supposed to star, but Adam
Sandler got it instead...

I was finally able to hear the uninterrupted stream of Love over at
the 10C's My Space site. Although I still like the original better,
it's definitely growing on me. The Vedder screams and growls are
something to write home about.
I am attempting to write upon waking up without even 1 sip of coffee
in me. It's a mistake, I know. So, if anything makes less sense than
usual...at least there's an excuse.

I live for Vedder screams and growls...
My mom and I were driving a couple weeks back and PJ came on the
radio... SOLAT. She asked why anyone would like that "screaming".... So
when we got home, I played her Man of the Hour. She liked that one.

No, not yet. I want to be addicted to coffee. I just wanted to
distract myself by posting knowing I have made HUGE mistakes when
doing computing things early. Not that I'm sending a job application
anywhere, but you know...if I do, and I do it early, I'll probably
somehow attach a picture of Mike McCready in one of his, er, more
relaxed poses to it in an attempt to send references or something.
It's just the way it works. Or rather, doesn't.
