Personally I think Shakira is better looking. That is not to say Fergie isn't good looking as well, I just think she looks kind of harsh whereas Shakira is a softer beauty.

When Shakira starts dancing and moving her hips I dont even notice anyone or anthing else. Her dancing can be so sexy I'm surprised they allow it on tv. Even when standing still I'd have to say Shakira looks better than Fergie.
